HOW TO FIXED MOBILE PHONE SHOWING NO NETWORK OR SIGNAL

NO NETWORK COVERAGE

This is when you cannot make and receive calls with your handset due to network error in the system of your handset. It is either caused by software or hardware version.

SOLUTION

For software, you can search directly from you handset by pressing the main menu – settings – GSM Service – Network – Manual / Auto and press OK.

SECOND OPTION

Press +0000// and send

It requires you to wait for few seconds and it will restore full network coverage.

HARDWARE VERSION

This is caused by partial contact between the antenna and the panel of the handset.

1^st option: the antenna should be properly  connected to the panel. And also clean the surface with mentholated spirit for a clean interface.

2^nd option:- the antenna may be bad, simply change it. It is obtainable at GSM Stores.

PHONE FALLS

When a phone falls to the ground, it is possible that it will not work anymore because the parts and the panels are no more together.

SOLUTION

1:       check the power point and see if the i.c. is still there.

2.        Clean all the poser point before you now pick the panel make sure non of the parts are left, before you now gathered tem together and replace the pats one after the other, immediately you will see the phone working , but if you can’t do it please contact your engineer.
